Sending Samples |
| Samples should be
submitted with a request on your company letterhead or purchase
order, or on a Great
Lakes Scientific Laboratory Request Form (just print out
the request form, complete it and submit it with your samples).
Please identify the samples to be tested, the requested analyses,
and the name of the contact person who will receive results.
Samples can be shipped via any of the common carriers (Federal
Express, UPS, U.S. Mail, Airborne Express, etc.) or delivered
in person to Stevensville. Samples can be shipped to arrive Monday thru Saturday or delivered in person any day of the week (a.m. only on Sat. or Sun.).
